Sauna feels so good! Awesome! Terrific! It’s just wonderful to be sitting in the sauna room with the hot air.
My mom and I used to go to a sauna center in Alma. Its rm100 per month for 2 person. But we only have the time to go on weekends. So it’s really a waste of my money when I’m not making full use of the sauna. I enjoyed the sauna session. We sit in for 30 mins, but I tend to come out and catch for air every now and then. I feel a bit breathless when I sit in too long. My mom doesn’t face such problem.
Sometimes dad will follow too. 2 person are allowed at every session. But we stopped the membership after sometime.
Benefits of Sauna:

Sauna improves function in conditions such as congestive heart failure, and high blood pressure, improves heart arrhythmia, and reduces heart rate on exercise.

Some gyms & sports centers include sauna facilities. In Absolute Fitness, they have 1 sauna room in the restrooms. My brother often uses it and says it really feels good.
After using it for myself, I truly agree with my brother. It feels so relaxed, even though I sweat terribly while sitting in the sauna room, but after you come out and have a good shower, you can feel the difference.
I’ve been going to this gym since April and just got the chance to use it yesterday. And I’m going to use it as much as I can from now on.
An interesting note found on internet: In Thailand, women spend hours in a make-shift sauna tent during a month following child birth. The steam is typically infused with several herbs. It is believed that the sauna helps the new mother's body return to its normal condition faster.
